TNLAX is excited to welcome back our middle school team for players in grades 5-7th this year! We feel that lacrosse is growing at the middle school level and there are girls that want to play lacrosse outside of their middle school team. This would be a feeder program into the TNLAX high school program and give the girls a feel for the TNLAX coaches and program. The girls will be coached by some of the most knowledgeable coaches in the south including a variety of former Division I and Division III college players.
We will offer 12 1.5 hour practices. The girls will focus on stick work, shooting, dodging, defensive footwork and team concepts. The season will begin in April and go through the middle of July. Most of our practices will be held on Sunday afternoons or during the week. We will practice at Harpeth Hall School located at 3801 Hobbs Road.

The cost for the TNLAX season is $400. This cost will cover practices along with a uniform. Tournaments will be an extra cost.
