TNLAX is excited to start a middle school team! After our most successful year with fall ball, we feel that lacrosse is growing at the middle school level and there are girls that want to play lacrosse outside of their middle school team. This would be a feeder program into the TNLAX high school program and give the girls a feel for the TNLAX coaches and program. The girls will be coached by a variety of former Division I college players. We will start the first year, by offering 10 practices. The girls will focus on stick work, shooting, dodging, defensive footwork and team concepts. The season will begin in April and go through August. Most of our practices will be held on Sunday afternoons with 2 weekday practices. We will practice at both Harpeth Hall and Pope John Paul II, depending on the date and the summer schedule for both schools.

We would love to play in a tournament this summer to give the girls the experience of playing other teams, possibly out of state! This will be decided once we see how many girls are interested in playing. Cost would be additional. The cost for the TNLAX season is $200. If you are unsure of your commitment to all of these we will also allow you to pay by practice. This rate will be $25/practice. We encourage you to sign up for the season to get the best experience!
