Fall Ball Girl's Lacrosse League 2011
Back for the 7th year in a row TNLAX will host the popular fall lacrosse league at Moss -Wright Park in Goodlettsville. Most girls are playing fall sports and not thinking about lacrosse until the spring. The fall is a great time to work on developing the fundamental skills of lacrosse including; stickwork, offensive and defensive concepts and competitive strategies.
Our coaching staff will include former Division I lacrosse players; Megan Clark - James Madison University, head coach of TNLAX and Pope John Paul II High School and assistant coach to the United States U-19 Women's team. Vanderbilt alumnus Dana Messinger (former Ensworth assistant) and Sasha Cielak (Brentwood head coach) both assistant TNLAX coaches.
For those lacrosse players, grades 5- 12, who want to take their game to the next level, we will be offering the following;
- At Moss Wright-Park in Goodlettsville, a 5 week program on Sunday afternoons; Oct. 2 9, 16 23, 30

Middle School session 2-3pm - focusing on stick work, offensive and defensive concepts, game strategies and scrimmages

High School session 3-5pm - focusing on offensive and defensive concepts along with scrimmages to learn more about game strategies
The cost for the 5 weeks:
High school will be $135/player
Middle school will be $90/player
**All players must have protective eyewear and mouth guard in order to participate**
Beginners are encouraged to sign up - the fall is a great time to learn the game in order to play on a team in the spring
